“RON” is a small, comfortable, multi-story house with a characteristic, modern architecture. On the ground floor there is a vestibule, hall, open kitchen with island, spacious dining room lit by bay windows, comfortable living room with a covered terrace, bathroom and utility room with boiler room. A roofed parking space for the car was located at the front. On the first floor there are three large bedrooms, including two with their own wardrobes, a comfortable public bathroom and communication with a partially open space above the living room. The largest bedroom at the front has its own large terrace. The house has been designed with an emphasis on functionality, reduction of implementation and operation costs due to increased energy-saving parameters.

A two-story house, designed for a family of 4-5 people. The ground floor has almost all building functions – a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen with pantry and study room. There is a recreational and technical area right next to the garage. The night part is planned on two floors: on the ground floor there is a room with a bathroom, on the first floor a room, a bedroom and a large bathroom. The house was designed as energy-efficient, it planned mechanical ventilation with recuperation and a ground heat pump.

A two-story house, without a basement, with a garage, intended for a family of 4-5 people. The living area – on the ground floor – is marked by a spacious hall, large living room, kitchen with dining room and study room. Attractive sites in the living room additionally increase the aesthetic value of the house. On the first floor there is a TV corner, a comfortable bathroom and three cozy bedrooms. Above the garage there is a terrace, which can be accessed directly from one of the bedrooms.

Zx41 is a two-story house with a flat roof with an elegant, modernist architectural form. A functional space with impressive terraces that will allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature has been shaped on an area of only 95m2 .

The day zone on the ground floor is a spacious living room with exit to the corner, covered terrace. The wall separating the kitchen can be removed to create a single space interior. The comfort of use is increased by a large pantry. The design provides for a large utility room, toilet and space for capacious wardrobes. A huge advantage is the double garage with direct access to the hall. Above it is a huge terrace  accessible from the lobby upstairs. The night zone has three bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The lobby is lit by large balcony windows.

Zx41 is a proposal of a compact home for supporters of modern style. The combination of white and honey wood with elements of modern perforated sheet form a coherent whole with high aesthetics.

Zx101 is a comfortable house with a flat roof with a modernist character.

The design is distinguished by an interesting functional layout. The center of the house is a spacious kitchen in a modern style with an island and a dining area. The fireplace on the border of the dining room and living room subtly separates the borders and makes shared meals more enjoyable at the large table. This arrangement creates a spacious daytime zone with access to a covered terrace. The night zone consists of three identical-sized bedrooms , each with a terrace and extensive economic facilities in the right part of the building. A large bathroom with a window, a laundry and a wardrobe and a smaller bathroom by the hosts’ room have been designed. The rational arrangement of structural walls allows you to almost freely adjust the size of the rooms by moving the partition walls. An interesting solution is an additional large roomfrom the front. It can act as a comfortable study with a separate toilet, guest room or additional bedroom.

Zx101 also has a version with a double garage.

Zx114 is a modern residence for a family with children and space for 2 cars, in a garage connected directly to the house. It is distinguished by interesting architecture with large glazing and the play of fashionable materials on the facades.

On the ground floor there is an intimately located study – a place to work, also if you run an online business or just work at home. This room can also be used as an additional bedroom because it is located near a comfortable bathroom illuminated by a corner window.

A large utility room is ideally suited to any type of heating. You can without additional consent of the architect – put a window in the external wall if it is necessary or there is no mechanical ventilation with recuperation at home. Installations and chimneys are grouped in one place, which will result in savings during construction and economics of use.

On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, the largest of which has a panoramic view with windows to the ground and a large balcony. This bedroom can be a separate apartment because it also has a large private wardrobe and bathroom.

Orbit is a house characterized by an extremely original shape. Stylistics is a response to contemporary trends in architecture. The ground floor level is a day zone: a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen with pantry. The interior is warmed up in the central part of the fireplace. In the attic there are three bedrooms, one with wardrobe, bathroom and utility room. The solution that makes the interior take “breath” is the entresol located above the living room. The orbit has an interesting arrangement, thus giving many arrangement possibilities. It is a perfect house for a plot with entrance from the south. The building also has a single-car garage and a large boiler room. The orbit is an energy-efficient house, in which all necessary treatments to reduce heat losses have been used.

Willa Słoneczna is a modern urban villa. The house is intended for a family of four to six. The modern, multi-story form with a flat roof has been combined with a functional, well-thought-out interior. The principle of composition of the building’s body is to maximally open the interior of the house to the garden, with minimal exposure from the front. The front elevation, with a small number of windows, with a large white surface of the walls, is the opposite of an open, glazed garden facade, varied with arcades and terraces. This arrangement also allows maximum use of natural sunlight and at the same time increases energy efficiency of the building. Mutually interpenetrating full white walls, with large glazed surfaces, and wooden cladding, bring sharp contrasts in the facades of the house. The grid of beams from the garden side closes the rectangular block and at the same time provides a natural protection against excessive sunlight. From the front – a one-story garage with an entrance from the side inner courtyard soothes the massive two-story house. The interior consists of a living area on the ground floor and a bedroom on the first floor. Optionally, the project includes a partial basement with a home spa and recreation center. On the ground floor, a single-space, open to the garden interior of the combined living room, dining room, hall, and semi-open kitchen. In addition, there is a room – e.g. study, bathroom, garage and boiler room. A beautiful openwork staircase is directed from the hall to the first floor, where the parents’ apartment is planned – with its own bathroom, wardrobes and terrace, children’s bedrooms with a bathroom and an additional spare room. Original interior solutions, interesting details, and modern architectural form will give future users the unforgettable pleasure of having such a home. The studio has a version of the design with or without a basement and a mirror image of the design.

Villa l ‘Azur is an elegant, multi-story single-family house with a flat roof, intended for a family of four to five. The building consists of a main, one-story block, surrounded by one-story buildings, roofs and terraces. Architecturally, the house refers to modernist 20th-century villas with flat roofs – in modern terms, using modern materials and solutions. The house is at the same time interesting and intriguing, at the same time subdued and restrained in expression. Interlocking two-story and one-story cuboids of solids, front and garden massive roofing, large, glazing interior – all this creates a unique whole. Contrasting surfaces of white walls, in combination with wooden cladding, windows and chiaroscuro create a very “sculptural” form of the building. The house has been designed in two variants – with a carport at the front or with a closed garage – to choose from. The interior of the villa is classically divided into living part on the ground floor and bedrooms upstairs. From the large glass vestibule we go to the central hall – dining room, connected to the open kitchen with the island, and a beautiful living room with a centrally set three-sided fireplace. The living room in the house has a ceiling raised to one and a half stories high, and a beautiful glass opening to the garden. The living room has two sets of lounge furniture. The kitchen is connected to the economic base of the house – with a boiler room and pantry. An additional room has been designed on the ground floor – e.g. study room, bathroom and garage shelter or a closed garage. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, including parents’ apartment with separate wardrobe and bathroom. From the bedroom you can go out to the beautiful terrace upstairs. The studio also has a mirror image of the design.

Zx14 is an innovative design of a two-story house with numerous glazing, thanks to which the environment is a natural complement to the interior space. An interesting elongated and cubic block, enriched with elements of wood and stone. A garage for two pitches and a side entrance will allow the house to be located on a narrow plot.

The interior of the house is primarily a spacious, bright living room . The kitchen is symbolically separated from the rest of the room by a functional dining room . The room between the kitchen and the hall – is created to facilitate shopping or as a storage space. The garage is connected to the utility room and the garden through an independent entrance.

On the first floor there are four spacious, comfortable bedrooms. They all have comfortable dimensions and large windows with a beautiful view. The largest bedroom has a separate bathroom and a private wardrobe and an amazing panoramic view of the surrounding landscape.
