The Zx70 house plan was made in a modern style. A flat roof, large glazing and the ability to adapt the space above the living room to the terrace are its greatest advantages. The combination of wooden and stone facade is an elegant harmonization of warm and cold.

The ground floor is the daily zone of the house. It has designed a spacious living room with a kitchenette and dining room as a part intended for receiving guests and spending free time with family. An additional advantage is the additional room for the laundry room. A room with an adjoining bathroom can be allocated to guests visiting us, and on the first floor we can locate the night zone of the house, which only household members will have access to.

The night zone of the house is three rooms and two bathrooms. The largest bedroom has its own bathroom and wardrobe, and large glazing provides us with more light.
