A proposal for a partially basement, modern, one-story house with a flat roof, large glazed windows and a swimming pool in the garden.

The uniqueness of the dedicated design is the glazed garage from the living room side, thanks to which every collector will be able to admire their wonders from inside the house, while the direct access to the garage is protected by glazing so that the smell of “ethereal oil” and gasoline does not penetrate the interior of the house.

The facade was finished in two cool colors – white and gray.

The interiors consist of two levels. On level -1 there is a technical and relaxation part. Utility room, workshop / gym, sauna and bathroom. The sauna can be adapted to another room.

Level 0 is a spacious, bright living room with a kitchenette and a warm fireplace in the representative part.

Of the four rooms that can perform a different function, two of them have private bathrooms and wardrobes, so they are perfect for the bedroom. The parents’ bedroom is located on the side of the green garden, above the terrace level, which results in a feast for our eyes.

The design may seem difficult to make, but it has been carefully thought out in terms of construction, making it easy to build.
