HOUSE DESIGN WITH AN ATTIC ZX45 2M, PDJ -9401

DESCRIPTION

Zx45  2m  is a unique two-story house in a modern style with two separately closed apartments with a single garage. An attractive body with a flat roof, functional interior and interesting finishing elements of the facade give it a peculiar look of artistry.

The garage connects to the hall through the passage, which will save us time to dress if we need to get to the car in winter. In the large utility room, in addition to the eco-coal furnace, we have enough space for shelves for preserves.

The ground floor is a comfortable daytime area with a spacious living room and kitchen, which can be separated by a partition wall so that every dish prepared in the kitchen comfort is a surprise for the household members. The bedroom with access to the terrace is additionally enriched by a practical wardrobe, and a large bathroom will allow you to set not a shower, but a bathtub, washing machine and everything necessary.

On the first floor we have another apartment. There is a day and night zone in it. Living room with kitchenette can become a separate kitchen and a large room. Three comfortable bedrooms can become two larger rooms, and in the windows we can hang thick curtains if we do not want to get up with the rising sun. If, however, we like to be awakened at dawn by warm solar rays, window glazing to the floor will perfectly enable us. In addition, this floor also has a public bathroom with laundry room, which can be closed so that none of the guests visiting us would be forced to watch our private belongings.

Zx45 is an ideal project for people who value modern style and the opportunity to transform a single-generation house into a multi-generation house, or a house with a floor for rent.
