GREEN TERRACE is an offer for people who value simple and modern solutions. A compact house covered with a flat roof is inexpensive to implement, and the systems and technologies proposed in the project that allow the use of energy from renewable sources gives the opportunity to achieve large savings during the operation of the house. It is a multi-storey building, designed for a family of 4, recommended for a plot with entrance from the west. It consists of two parts – an unheated single garage and a residential part, which are connected by a terrace slab accessible from the upper floor of the house. Thanks to this solution, a roofed zone was created in front of the entrance to the building, which can be used as an additional parking space for a car or bicycle.
