Zx129 is another of the Z500 series of houses, intended for a narrow plot, which will provide its owners with great satisfaction.

1 – Has portfolio windows for an elegant look and the possibility of going out to the terrace.

2 – is divided into comfortable zones: day and night.

3 – a narrow plot ceases to be a problem and becomes an option.

The modern minimalist body and the harshness of architecture are expressed in an elongated, compact body without decorations and in a flat roof covering. Architectural concrete and wooden cladding act as finishing elements.

Despite the reduced dimensions of the plot, the architects managed to find space in a dedicated house for a family of 4-5 people.

The functional layout of the rooms is divided into a day zone in the form of a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room, and a night zone in which 3 rooms fit.

Undoubtedly, terraces are a big advantage. Exit leads from every room. Thanks to this, enthusiasts of sunbathing can “chase the sun”, from dawn to dusk, passing from one terrace to another. In contrast, enthusiasts of evening events have the option of building a fireplace on the main terrace. It gives us the opportunity to spend time there also to get closer to nature, not only in the reflections of sunlight, but also in the glow of warm flames dancing in the fireplace fire.

Zx118

A modern, single-family, one-story atrial house with a flat roof.

The architecture from the top resembles a tortoise shell. White plaster combined with wood and outside the block was covered with a gray facade board. On the “shell of the turtle armor” you can additionally mount sliding blinds that, when closed, protect us from the prying eyes of a neighbor, and when moved away, provide the right amount of light and good mood. Zx118 will also be long-lived like a turtle. Enjoy it for several generations.

The centrally located atrium is not roofed, so being in a quiet shelter you can freely enjoy sunbathing. Arranging this space leaves us a lot of freedom. A complex of greenery with a pond or a separate place for children to play would be beautiful here.

At the threshold, we are greeted by a covered entrance and a large hallway containing deep wardrobes. The left wing is the day part of the house. A bright kitchen, an illuminated dining room and a spacious living room with a two-sided fireplace and an aquarium.

The right wing is the night part of the house. The private family rooms have two tasteful bathrooms, one of which is an integral part of the bedroom and personal wardrobe. Because the architect designed the toilet near the living room, guests will have no excuse to use our bathroom. So what powder we use to look so flourishing will forever remain our sweet secret …

A large garage for the so-called 1.5 places easily accommodates a car and a motorcycle or functional shelving for our “graciarnia”. 

Zx114 2M is a modern, simple house with large glazed windows and a double garage. Perfect for two families, each with their own car. Separately closed entrances to the ground floor and first floor form the basis of good neighborly life. The common place is the utility room where we set up the stove and the vestibule.

The ground floor of the house is a two-room flat. The right part is a day zone with kitchen, living room and place for dining area. Partially covered terrace is available from the kitchen or dining room, which is an advantage if we like to eat outside. The kitchen, if necessary, can be separated by a partition wall so that no smells come from the living room.

The left side of the apartment on the ground floor is occupied by a spacious bedroom and a comfortable bathroom.

A larger apartment was located on the first floor thanks to the space above the garage. Here we have a night zone on the right, which includes two convenient bedrooms and a bathroom.

The main bedroom, located in front of the entrance, has a separate bathroom and wardrobe, while the living area with living room and kitchen and exit to the terrace are located in the left part of the apartment.

Zx114 2M. is an ideal project for a young couple with children who initially needs a lot of space. Later, when “the young come out of the nest” the floor can be rented, getting a pension supplement.

Zx111 is a modern medium-sized house, with a flat roof, in which a combination of white, gray, wood and large salon glazing emphasizes its peculiar appearance from the outside, and the spacious, raised living room inside the house.

In the Zx111 project, the daily living zone of the inhabitants is located like a garden in atrial buildings – in the very center of the house – and is its heart. The large living room glazing and fireplace, as well as the walls painted white, which can be used to display movie projections, give a peculiar atmosphere, thanks to which all household members and guests willingly stay in this part of the house making it vibrant. In addition, in the corridor we can add an openwork wall that will slightly reduce the living room area, but will add privacy to the rooms.

All other rooms are adjacent to the living room and constitute a private living area of ​​the household. Dining room – larger than the standards set. Usually the table is placed in the living room and in the project dedicated to you we have enough space to place the table in the dining room and the other in the living room. The kitchen has access to a pantry to facilitate the storage of food and cleaning after more guests.

Zx69 is the fourth and probably the most sensual of the Z500 series of houses that the company has created for narrow plots. The raw façade, refined black wood, gray brick and attractive light plaster underline its modern, sinful shape.

The charming roofing terraces are complemented by charming glazing to illuminate them. Representative, shiny door leads to the exit from each room.

The promising interior of the dedicated house was divided into day and night zones.

The bathroom uses captivating glass blocks so that you can build a house closer to the border of the neighbor’s plot.

The design includes 4 charming bedrooms, a graceful bathroom, toilet, practical utility room and needed laundry.

Zx65 + was enlarged by 30m2, which allowed the architect to provide additional space for wardrobes, laundry and increase of rooms by about 2m2.

The whole was rebuilt in such a way that the external body of the building would not change.

Zx57 GL is an innovative, one-story family house with a unique architectural form. Refers to the latest trends in contemporary architecture. The synthesis of white, gray and light wood is one of the elements characteristic of this type of architecture. The peculiar appearance of the block is also given by the combination of a small-pitched roof with a flat roof.

The interior has been designed to include all necessary rooms and to separate the night zone from the day zone. The house is dedicated to people who value privacy and a warm family atmosphere. One of its advantages is the spacious living room connected to the kitchen, dining room and exit to the covered terrace. The living room has large glazing, which provides a smooth transition between the living room and the outdoor terrace open to the garden. In the night zone there are three comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. Most rooms have a garden exit. The single-car garage has a direct entrance to the hallway, which greatly facilitates communication at home. A large niche for the wardrobe in the lobby is another confirmation that when designing the Zx57 GL, our architects remembered about functionality.

The Zx57 GL project is a home that stands out from the surroundings with original simple details.

Zx56 bg is a one-story house with a flat roof, without a garage. It differs from the Zx 56 design. It stands out from other designs by a combination of one-colored, simple cubic solids.

The living part of the house consists of a spacious living room combined with a dining room, pantry and kitchen, which can be built up so that the smells of prepared dishes do not get into the living room.

On the left side of the living room, the architect placed a toilet so that guests visiting us do not have to use the bathroom located in the night part of the house. Thanks to this, no one will see our personal belongings while making social visits.

In the night part of the house there are three bedrooms, two of which can be children’s rooms. The largest room, on the other hand, has a separate bathroom and wardrobe, of which the lady of the house will no doubt be satisfied.

An additional advantage is the separate space for the laundry room and a large utility room, in which, apart from the furnace, will fit all the necessary household tools and equipment.

The Zx 56 bg project is a medium-sized house project, containing all the necessary and practical rooms. However, a simple, cubic, distinctive block will make that none of the invited guests will mistake our home for any neighboring …

Zx5 2M is a modern detached house with two separate apartments.

The common part of the apartments is a hallway, in which we have a key door to the apartment located on the ground floor, stairs leading upstairs, and a garage with a utility room.

The ground floor has a spacious day zone with a fireplace in the center. It will help an impeccable housewife to keep the home fire warm …

The living room is adjacent to the bedroom with private bathroom and an additional, smaller, adjustable room that can be used as a child’s room or study.

An additional advantage is the impressive terrace with a partial roofing. Exits to it lead from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Thanks to this, you will be able to enjoy your breakfast on a Sunday morning during warm summer rain.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a living room with kitchenette. Plus are large terraces, partly roofed, which can be used as an extension of the flat on warm spring and summer days. There is no need to exchange the attributes of having large terraces. We all know how to best use them.

The Zx128 project is a house designed in the likeness of the soul of its creator – modern, with a strongly outlined character, instilling the beauty of simplicity, the symmetry of symmetry and rational ordering. Inside, a strongly beating, hot heart of a green atrium!

The house is clearly divided into 2 parts – day and night parts. The first wing is in the right wing. There is a kitchenette with an entrance to the pantry, and the practical island provides us with a lot of space so that we can indulge in cooking in peace. The living room is connected to the dining area. It is here, in addition to the warm smile of the housewife, the atmosphere will be heated by the fireplace and a bottle of homemade tincture, quietly pulled out of the pantry by the house master … It is known – for health! J

The left wing of our family fortress is four bedrooms. Each of them has access to the terrace, so they can be successfully converted into the necessary rooms. One of the rooms has a private wardrobe. This will give you more freedom and, as the men say with a snack, “store these ladies’ clothes and bags!”
