Zx76 D is a one-story building with a flat roof without a garage. It has large glazing and canopies over the entrance and garden part.

The facade finish consists of vertical openwork elements, warm wooden cladding in the garden part, and plaster in white and graphite colors from the front.

At the entrance to the hall there is a wardrobe that will significantly help us to organize winter clothes.

The left part of the house is the daytime area, the right side is the nighttime one. The kitchen is combined with the dining room and living room on an open space basis. Thanks to this, it is spacious and we can enjoy our representative surface, and the warm glow of the fireplace will give us many moments of joy.

Zx77 D is a small modern MDM house with a flat roof, covered terrace, sliding panels and warm facade colors. Thanks to the small surface, it is perfect for a project for young couples.

The ground floor is divided into two parts and it is like two rectangles – the living area – a kitchen located at the front, which together with a useful pantry can be separated by a partition wall from the living room and dining room. The centrally placed fireplace is perfectly visible from anywhere in the day zone. Large glazing will perfectly illuminate the interior of the room, and in addition provide an exit to the terrace, to the relaxation area.

The second, night part of the house consists of 2 bedrooms, each of which has a private wardrobe and bathroom. The one placed on the garden side has an exit to the terrace, so that you can also get some fresh air and hang bedding for ventilation.

GREEN TERRACE is an offer for people who value simple and modern solutions. A compact house covered with a flat roof is inexpensive to implement, and the systems and technologies proposed in the project that allow the use of energy from renewable sources gives the opportunity to achieve large savings during the operation of the house. It is a multi-storey building, designed for a family of 4, recommended for a plot with entrance from the west. It consists of two parts – an unheated single garage and a residential part, which are connected by a terrace slab accessible from the upper floor of the house. Thanks to this solution, a roofed zone was created in front of the entrance to the building, which can be used as an additional parking space for a car or bicycle.

A one-story summer house, partly recessed in a mountain slope, designed for 4-6 people. The house is partly hidden in the ground, thanks to the green flat roof, which is similar to the mountain slope, blending into the surrounding landscape. The living room and kitchen have windows from three sides of the world, thanks to which they are illuminated by the sun throughout the day. The spacious terrace gives residents the possibility of close contact with nature and allows admiring the mountain landscape.
