PROJECT OF TWO-FAMILY HOUSE ZX35, PDJ -4454

DESCRIPTION

Zx35 is a modern one-story house with a flat roof. It owes its innovative character to a simple block, roof slopes hidden behind the attic and large glazing in the living room. White plastered facade and wooden cladding are a great complement to the modern style.

The main part of the house is a spacious, bright living room with a corner fireplace. Large glazing surfaces make the room bright and natural. Sliding glass doors lead to a spacious terrace. The dining room has been functionally integrated into the living room. The comfortable kitchen has a passage from the pantry to the hallway, which facilitates shopping bypassing the lavish living room.

The rest of the house is three comfortable bedrooms, which can be separated from the living area, e.g. by folding doors. The largest of them has its own bathroom, illuminated with two windows, with a shower. A large wardrobe in the hall will certainly accommodate the most necessary things and lumber. A compact house can be adapted as low-energy.

HOUSE DESIGN WITH AN ATTIC HOUSE_15, PDJ -3870

DESCRIPTION

A one-story house with modern architecture and a simple shape is designed for a family of 4. The building block is designed on a rectangular plan with an open, partially roofed atrium. The building’s façades are smooth with large glazing around the terrace. In addition, the house was designed taking into account the principles of creating a safe house by using movable steel curtains, which after stretching completely enclose the building preventing access to its interior.
The functional layout has been divided into: an entrance zone with a vestibule, boiler room and utility room, a day zone with an open kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as a private zone located deep in the building, which consists of a bedroom, a wardrobe and a bathroom, two bedrooms and a bathroom accessible from the corridor.

DESIGN OF A TWO-FAMILY HOUSE FX-1, PDJ-6780

DESCRIPTION

The FX-1 house design is an elegant, dynamic form of the building, which at the same time provides high usability and comfort offered by a one-story house. Due to the small usable area of less than 90m², the house is relatively cheap to build, while the building still looks much larger.
The interior of the building provides maximum flexibility of space achieved by limiting the load-bearing walls to a minimum. In the original concept, the internal space is rationally and effectively used, among other things thanks to the maximum limitation of the communication space and the use of the central arrangement of the rooms – the entrance inside the building and the rooms are arranged radially. The day zone can be completely separated from the night space by a door, thanks to which we ensure high comfort of using the house.

DESIGN OF A TWO-FAMILY HOUSE WILLA ATRIUM (267), PDJ-5076

DESCRIPTION

Atrium Villa – a one-story single-family house, designed as a single-storey “box” covered with a flat roof, with an open front facade – entrance, glass garden facade and the title internal atrium. The atrium in the central part of the block allows to illuminate the internal rooms, and to create a private, intimate garden – completely isolated from the eyes of neighbors. In the design, the space was functionally divided into parts. The front block has a utility room – with a large garage and boiler room, children’s and guest bedrooms with bathrooms, and a study – office. The garden block designed a living room, combined with a kitchen, dining room and hall, and a parents’ apartment – with a bedroom, bathroom and wardrobe. Many openings and a large number of glazing – from the living room and bedroom – give the possibility of a unique contact of household members with the surrounding nature. The house has two independent entrances: everyday – from the front elevation, between the garage and office, and the second – representative, along the side elevation, along the illuminated deck, to enter through the glass vestibule to the elevated central vestibule, with a skylight in the roof and a beautiful view of internal atrium. The project uses rare details, materials and solutions – such as a completely glazed garden facade hidden in the arcade, with a double-sided massive fireplace, or a beautiful kitchen island visible from the living room. These elements testify to the uniqueness and style of the house. Both the external appearance of the house and its interior create a unique, original effect.

HOUSE DESIGN WITH AN ATTIC A-11, PDJ-9847

DESCRIPTION

The house design A-11 is characterized above all by a compact body, the shape of which makes it possible to build a house even on very narrow plots. Due to the fact that the impressive vestibule can be oriented both on the back and front of the building, and the facades are not clearly divided into rear and front, it is possible to arrange the house on the plot.
The interior is characterized by fluidity of space – the daytime zones are open, which with a relatively small area of the building gives the desired effect of a spacious interior. The building, however, is designed in such a way that it is possible to separate individual rooms creating a closed system, while maintaining the functionality of the interior.
The A-11 project will certainly satisfy those who, while maintaining relatively low costs, would like to implement an effective, modern project.
